ideally, you have a eagerness to get away from the urban world. There is cell reception, but the nearest Wi Fi is 6 miles away. There is a convenience store 4 miles away. A quaint wood stove is there for heat & entertainment on rainy nights and an ample supply of seasoned firewood is just outside the door.
